Free NHS flu jabs
Flu can be serious in some patient groups as it can lead to further complications. The NHS free flu jab service provides free flu vaccination to these specific patient groups. We may be able to offer you free NHS flu vaccinations if you fall under one or more of the following patient groups:
- under 50 years in clinical risk groups
- pregnant women
- those in long-stay residential care homes
- carers
- close contacts of immunocompromised individuals
Frontline health and social care staff employed by:
- registered residential care or nursing home
- registered domiciliary care provider
- a voluntary managed hospice provider
- Direct Payment (personal budgets) and/or Personal Health Budgets, such as Personal Assistants.
Our pharmacists will check your eligibility for the free flu vaccination during your consultation. if you are not eligible for the free nhs flu jab, you can get the private flu jab at a very competitive price at our pharmacy.
