At Haggerston Pharmacy we can provide Period Delay tablets for people who have periods aged 18-50. These stop you getting your period at a time when you don’t want it. Such as, if you’ve got a big event coming up, a festival, going on holiday, if you have to travel, or even exams. Period delay tablets need to be started three days before your period is due to start. You should take one tablet three times a day. Your period will resume three days after you take the last tablet. Our pharmacist will have to make sure that the period delay tablets are appropriate for use. There will be a short form to fill in when you get to the pharmacy. A 10-day treatment is £25.
